What is Tech Expo Gujarat 2026?
Tech Expo Gujarat 2026 (TEG 2026) is Gujarat's largest technology expo, organised by AIMED the Ahmedabad IT Management Executive Delegation. The second edition moves to the Gujarat University Convention and Exhibition Centre (GUCEC), a 60-acre venue with column-less halls built for large-scale exhibitions.
The expo connects SME and MSME decision-makers, founders, investors and technology companies across manufacturing, pharma, textile, jewellery, healthcare, education and more with AI and digital transformation at the centre of the 2026 programme.

Consolidating Two Support Systems into One Microsoft 365 Helpdesk for a Cross-Border Payments Company
Discover how a tuition payments platform in the Greater Toronto Area consolidated two disconnected support systems into one Microsoft 365 helpdesk. By moving its entire support operation onto CV Helpdesk inside its own Microsoft 365 tenant, the company simplified ticket handling and kept customer data within its compliance boundary.
The solution replaced Help Scout and a self-hosted open-source tool with a single ticketing system built on SharePoint Online and Power Automate. With department-based routing, SLA and escalation tracking, role-based access, and email-to-ticket creation, the support team worked in the tools it already used every day. More than 40 business rules covering payment status, refunds, escalations, and partner institution requests were configured without a single line of custom code.
In addition, the helpdesk went straight into production and now handles 5,000+ live tickets with no separate database or outside data store. All support data stays in-tenant under the same Microsoft 365 governance as email and identity, while flat tenant-wide licensing removed the cost jump of adding agents during peak tuition season. The approach proved so effective that three more business units now run on the same helpdesk setup.
